Product Warranty Registration
An online warranty registration system is now officially launched. All end-users in Hong Kong & Macau SAR can register your Winkler faucets by filling relevant information as listed above to enjoy a premium after-sales service.
No need to send back the warranty card to Winkler Far East Limited.

- Faucets -
Please keep the original sales receipt, Laser Label on the Faucets , Warranty Card and the model no. on the box. *There is a pair of Laser Label on the Faucet Body and the Outer Box.

After-Sales Service
Thank you for choosing Winkler products. We guarantee to offer free maintenance service for:
1. Lifetime warranty for the Ceramic Cartridge
2. 2 Years Warranty for the Faucet (Except for the Chrome Plating Layer)
3. 5 Years Warranty for the Headvalves 
Subject to the terms and conditions set out in the warranty card. Warranty Card in package should be kept in your possession for any further maintenance. All maintenance and repair work is carried out in our Maintenance Centre only.
